The friend can't keep the kitty due to renting and it being against the lease, so put out a plea for the kitty to get a good home. I broke a tooth mid-September and hubby has been wanting to know how much to put in for FSA so I got my appointment over with and know how much we'll need for my teeth. They WANT to build up two teeth, and crown one. However, they gave me an alternative -to "fill" both. I can have two surface filling for one and three surface filling for the other (the broken one)- and that was WAY cheaper so I'm going with that. It's not 'til February though. The second tooth... That's my first full week of carb cycling, and I started eating better at the beginning of September. I am astounded how Chris Powell has the mechanics worked out so you can eat just about all you want (up to a thousand calories more than the other days) one day a week on the turbo carb cycling plan (there are other plans, but reward meals are a part of each) and don't exercise on the weekends, but normally lose about five p...
