I am still getting my caffeine in coffee (one thing at a time!) but otherwise I have been drinking non-sweetened juice with breakfast and water the rest of the day. I am really starting to be able to tell the difference--it's the first time in years I have gone more than a week without having to use a sleep aid to be able to get some rest. I'm also exercising each day, varying the routine to work different parts of my body, ... Wed, 26 Jun 2013 13:38:35 EST Keep Moving My biggest failing is that I try too hard and set myself up for failure. When I fail at the smallest thing I tend to quit completely. By taking it one day at a time I've been able to stay on track so far, and though I've had a day or two where I didn't do as much as I wanted to, the important thing is that I did SOMETHING. <BR> <BR> So remember, if you can't do everything, do something. Tue, 25 Jun 2013 10:16:21 EST Eating Right Eating right seems like it should be something that is easy to do but with the availability of sugar-oriented food today the opposite seems to be more true. <BR> <BR> One of the solutions I have found to fix some great veggies is to steam them--with nothing added they still taste great and they are healthy to boot. It has really helped me to stick with my diet program.
