I wanted to go earlier today...after work, but got sidetracked. I am proud of myself that I actually did go to the gym today. I know that I need to continue to keep going to the gym aka working out on a very regular basis. <BR> <BR> The one thing I need to work on is going to workout prior to supper time as I tend to overeat after my workout when I do it after supper time or near supper time. <BR> <BR> So today I was doing good food ... Sat, 1 Mar 2014 22:56:50 EST Back to the drawing board. I have not been faithfully on SP for a loooong time. Not for any specific reason. Since January 2013 I have lost about 12 pounds or so. I was down 15 pounds at one point and even won the weight loss challenge at work ($200!) which was amazing. But lately junk food is where I am headed unsure why...It could be that my boyfriend only buys junk food when I repeatedly tell him I am DIETING or COUNTING CALORIES. I wanted to work out this morning before breakfast like I do every morning, but I don't know if I am just burnt out or just needed a break today...So, I changed my plan and did my errands.. and told myself I would work out later... <BR> <BR> Then during the afternoon I started getting really hungry and I kept chewing gum and drinking water, but the hunger wouldn't go away so I just had a 100 calorie sweet/salty snack...which kinda helped. We usually are in the big room, but after 10 min or so into it the CD player stopped working and we had to go into the smaller there were more of us today..some of the dance teachers (including my daughter's dance teacher) were it was kinda cozy! This is HUGE for me. I don't drink hot/iced coffee or hot tea and hot chocolate is usually what I have in the morning with my breakfast. I typed in how to do some workouts or the names of workouts and it came up with a list. It was great! I think I will use these videos moreso now that I know what they are about and how easy it is to access them and view them. The externship that I am on currently, does not allow me to eat every 3-4 hours..which is really, really hard.
