So I have not been on Spark as much as I know I should be. But I have been trying to get back at it. Today I wanted to look and see how I have done so far this year. Well I was a little surprised, by the progress I have made. I have lost 14 lbs so far this year. That is an average of 2.3 lbs a month. That is not GREAT by any stretch, but it does show I have been moving in the right direction. It showed me that if I put 100% focus on loosing weight and getting healthy I can do it. So I... I had a screening at work on Friday, and guess what? Yup I need to get healthy fast. I am obese (no surprise there) <em>15</em> , my blood pressure is high ( which is a new development for me), and I am fat (again no surprise there)! So I have to change all of these things ASAP. The scale is down(22 lbs this time around), Hips and waist measurements are down, as per dietitian that I was able to meet with (free via my work) for 3 months.
