I had taken this class once before (about 2 years ago or so) but I never really took a liking to it. I think I wasn't in the right frame of mind that day. So instead of trying it out again, I forgot about it. Then, a friend told me about how yoga truly makes a difference in her day. Okay so I am in the process of trying to gain weight -- but I was really excited about doing the MS Bike Tour this summer where I bike a grand total of 160km in two days. I'm wondering if this is a good idea for me to train for since I am extremely thin! I have done this tour two summers ago and it was one of the greatest, most REWARDING experiences of my entire life.
