I found a place offering a drop in class right near home and hopped in the car and made my way there. Even getting lost didn't discourage me. I could do all sorts of tricks. Now I can't even jump 3 times in a row without messing up. I kept at it though, holy cow exhausting! I even managed to stop by the pharmacy and get groceries. Instead of the treadmill we all (My husband, my dog Roxy and I) went for a walk together. It was pretty nice, a little warm. I was all excited because that is another thing I have let fall to the way side. After my treatment I asked how many visits I had left and found out that this was it. I end up sleeping a lot and craving pop and salty snacks. Today I did a bit better, I allowed myself one diet dr. pepper and one serving of baked lays (instead of eating out of the bag until they were all gone). I didn't eat great today but it definitely could have been much worse. I even made myself a salad for dinner! It seems to help having more easy healthy options around the house.
