Monday was yoga, tues & thurs elliptical , & on Wednesday I walked. I felt great about myself, & just was in a pretty good mood! Then Friday my weigh in day, I stepped on the scale. It said I was up 3 lbs. Now that might not seem like a lot, but to me, with 20 to go, it’s a big percentage. It started my day on a downer.
