I feel better about myself and my goals. For the first time i find it easy to hit my weight loss goals each week and i have the will power and the drive to lose this weight, I WANT TO WORK OUT! this is amazing for me because even when i was younger i had hated it and never wanted to do it. I did not lose power however the shoveling was an amazing work out total in one day almost 5 hours and then another hour today just to clean everything up and make it so we can pull the cars in and out. However i didnt realize how many calories you burn while shoveling and the funny thing is i put in so many work out minutes in one day that it equaled out to be more then i normally would put in, probably in a week. ... This is my first attempt at doing this so im going to give it a shot! Yesterday was a really good day I did some conditioning exercising on the elliptical for 20 minutes burned over 400 calories in one shot which is pretty good for me. I ate a lot better then i have been in the past and working closer to that goal. I also weighed myself yesterday and I already lost 5 lbs, off to a good start. <BR> <BR> - On sat.
