Bob had some good ideas. Drink a cup of water before each meal, eat berries & apples everyday, no added sweetner ( including artificial),reduce refined grains & no white potatoes. I think the challenge for me is the refined grains & the sugar. My coffee without creamer was not so good. It was a cold day, but it was really inspiring. Seeing the survivors wearing super hero capes was great & sad. It is nice to contirbute to such a great cause b/c no child should have to endure cancer.
