I am soooo feeling yesterdays workout. I did 40mins of NMTZ, and I was sweating buckets. I think I did REALLY well with the exercises, surprisingly since I havent done that one in a long time. It is not my favorite workout but I know it works!!! <BR> <BR> I did go over my calories by about 150, but not too bad.
