I lasted <em>8</em> 12 days, because I didn't eat out. I had TOTAL control of my intake. Then A dear friend came to town. We went to dinner at a VERY special & expensive restaurant. (The entire dinner is my food budget for 2 weeks!) I ordered SO precisely. Mon, 23 Feb 2015 15:56:00 EST A daily little STAR helps to keep me healthy & STRONG!(Santa Run photos) A few weeks ago, I got on the scale & was 10# over my HIGH goal, #13 over my 'real' goal. So I got REAL, too! Tracking EVERY lick, bite, etc. & for me only 2,000 mil of sodium! That streak started 2-12-15. I am down 3#'s! I had stressed my back so couldn't exercise, no Zumba, 3 hour walks, etc. Now I'm feeling great! Back to it AND keeping track of EVERY lick! (thanks FLSUN for this idea!) Fri, 13 Feb 2015 14:23:51 EST A week of not much exercise, due to lower back strain. A time to re-look at my goals! It is REALLY hard on me, not being able to exercise, as I usually do. I miss it. But rest is what is required or using what energy I have to work, instead of playing. Last nights rehearsal was so much fun! I loved it! I forgot how much fun I have with this group. Since I have been doing ZUMBA, usually during live Flash Mob rehearsals, timing, I've not been doing them. <BR> <BR> Some people do not know how Flash Mobs work. Fri, 6 Feb 2015 13:20:34 EST I am not making excuses, I just am understanding WHY my weight is up! I had visions in my dreams! Last night I was Zumba-ing & swimming. This dream showed me, my true desires! <BR> <BR> The past 2 weeks my Zumba teacher has been re-arranging her life. So we haven't doing Zumba, except 1 time a week. I have been making up the 2, 1 hour sessions by walking more, Sheppard Pilates, Nichole's videos, etc. But my body REQUIRES the intense sweating <em>198</em> that those workouts give me. I needed to rest it, or it would get ALLOT worse, so I took Saturday & Sunday 'off' from my usual routines. I KNOW how I did it, but I also just started the January Jump Start challenge. I am doing a video everyday, besides my usual 1 or 2 miles walking Lucy, Zumba 3 times a week, Sheppard Pilates DVD 2 times a week. My body NEEDS to move. This little set back kept me resting until my body ached to move! Walking was ok, but not having LUCY pup pull on me, sh...
