I was in a cast and out of a cast. Went to Hawaii during the rainiest time they have had in years. The news on the island was that they had bonafide hail. I had a blast. The one I have been doing though is 10 minutes of exercise as soon as I get up followed by 3 surya namaskars (sun salutations). Roll out of bed, flip on the coffee, run the dogs out, and then I just run up and down the stairs for 8-10 minutes followed by the sun salutation stretches. Just doing that much at least gets me going a little in the morning and it beats staring at the ...
