Before lunch, lunch, after lunch. I ate. When I logged ALL that food, I had eaten almost 3x what I should have eaten, especially when I got home and DH had cooked his favorite breakfast for dinner. However, I counted it up to "This REALLY doesn't happen all the time" and sometimes I don't have as much control as I want. And this is life. I will be...
