I am seeing my doctor next week and I'll work out a plan with her.

I started the Michelle Bridges 12wbt 2 weeks ago. I can not believe how good some of the food is. She gives you the shopping list from the recipes for the week so you learn to do it all yourself and can take those skills with you at the end of the week. I've already lost 1.5kg so that's amaz... Wed, 20 Nov 2013 16:11:32 EST C25K W2D2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5445649 I bought a treadmill a couple of weeks ago.

I decided I would finally start the C25k again and this time finish it. This time I was going to do it inside where I didn't have to worry about men saying rude things while I tried to struggle by. That really put me off last time.

It was W1D1 when I first tried to start it outside a couple of years ago. I decided to go down to a walking track where I never saw anyone. Of course on this day there were plenty of people there. B... Mon, 5 Aug 2013 20:17:34 EST Oh that's not on http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5436893 I hate windows 8.

I forgot to copy what I'd written just in case...

it's gone forever.

Long story short: Started C25k will be interesting to see how it goes.

Blah blah blah. So annoyed now. Windows 8 I woudn't wish you on my worst enemy. Mon, 29 Jul 2013 04:18:55 EST Holy Cow http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5255624 I fell on my face a few weeks ago. I displaced my front tooth - which meant only soft food for a couple of weeks.

It completely derailed my progress. I even stopped walking every day - which I have to do because I have a beautiful purple heeler puppy who needs her exercise! My diet got even worse than normal.

I have issues with some 'healthy' foods yes - I cannot eat most legumes. I don't know why it just causes a gagging reaction. You think a lentil burger is the best t... Tue, 19 Feb 2013 00:31:54 EST Food http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5238234 Well, saw the dentist today.

She said I need to eat soft foods for about a month because my front tooth is loose *but* everything is still connected. I've got to go back for a check up in a week to see how it's doing.
I hope that it will stop feeling that weird loose feeling. It's funny it takes you back to childhood when you get excited for that 20c the tooth fairy is going to leave under your pillow.

Of course inflation hit and I'm pretty sure it's about $1 if not... Tue, 5 Feb 2013 06:32:08 EST Betterish http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5236080 Just to clear up some confusion from my last post... I had the migraine and vomiting the day before I hit my head so I very much doubt that I was concussed... well, unless I did it backwards. Got the concussion and THEN the fall. I didn't black out at all. Just a touch of shock with the tears. But nothing major.

I feel better today... only it appears I've jarred my foot somehow. I'm going to have to find in chair exercises. I was thinking to myself that my god I've gone far out of... Sun, 3 Feb 2013 18:31:49 EST Ouch. Face Planting is NOT as much fun as it sounds. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5235213 I was about to head into the pet shop when I tripped... and landed on my nose.

I don't recommend it. I had a day of a pounding head and throwing up yesterday. It was the first day since I joined spark people that I didn't do any exercise. I've been doing great at doing at least 10 minutes.

I was all set to get back on the horse today... and then this.

I rang health access and they... Sun, 3 Feb 2013 01:42:59 EST Frustration and Momentum http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5231134 I had spent about 15 minutes writing away non stop yesterday when my computer crashed. It's done that a few times lately. Sigh.

So, no epic entry for you to read.

I'm wondering about the spark points are they only good for the 'virtual' prizes I found the other day? There are no tangible prizes?

I've had a good day exercise-wise. I didn't think I'd be able to get out when it was pouring this morning so I thought right, I can't do the walk so I'll do just danc... Thu, 31 Jan 2013 03:00:42 EST Tracking http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5228185 I'm finding using the nutrition tracker frustrating as it seems like it's set up more for American's than anywhere else. So, I'm using my fitness pal more for that as that seems a lot more Australian friendly.

However, the exercise I think I've gotten sorted now. I'm so happy when I see someone has already listed what I'm doing as I get so confused.

I had to laugh. I had a sandwich for dinner. It took me back to when my friend Bonnie came over from the States and ordere... Tue, 29 Jan 2013 04:41:02 EST Zombies, Run http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5225190 I rescued an ACD back in November and I've felt awful because I haven't been taking her on the daily walks she needs to go on. She's got a large yard but she needs more than that. She needs a job. I'm working towards getting her into agility and herding. I'm even thinking about Dancing with Dogs. I just need to get her to a place in her training where she'll be able to do stuff like that. She needs impeccable recall.

She's great with people. Iffy with dogs. She thinks she's the bos... Sun, 27 Jan 2013 05:58:33 EST
