Wed, 31 Dec 2014 11:04:05 EST New Goal! I'm going on vacation! I have been struggling with motivation to exercise regularly. So I have come up with a new plan. Either I pay for a trainer to be accountable to...or I can do it on my own and save that money every week for a short vacation in Sept. or Oct. Since I'd rather reward/spend that money on myself here is my plan:

From now until June 11th I have to do my workout dvd twice a week...this is in addition to my regular walks. Every week that I do this I get to put $35.00 into my vacation savi... Thu, 8 May 2014 14:52:47 EST One Year Surgery Anniversary Well, I had my one year anniversary on March 12th. Somehow we are surprised and astonished that we are at our highest weight ever!!

Why do we find it so easy to remain in DENIAL instead of just doing what needs to be done in the first place? At least when it comes to the clothes in my closet! I have had to donate over half of my clothes at this point because they looked like tents on me and now I have hardly anything left that is "summer clothes" and actually fits. Sat, 1 May 2010 12:03:18 EST Be careful what you choose! So often we go through life thinking that we are doing what's best for ourselves. We make good decisions about our nutrition and we exercise and yet somehow we can't seem to get our attitude in the right place. We feel mentally beat down and defeated, and we wonder why we can't seem to make it "click".
