I just feel like I don't have enough time for everything! I haven't been getting enough sleep at night which makes the situation even worse! I had my inlaws visiting and then we went out of town and I feel like I haven't had enough time for working on myself. All of my other tasks have been taking priority, like being a taxi for my kids and such. I have also missed church the past two weeks and also my small group meeting ... This morning was my weigh in and I have offically lost 33lbs! I am now at 294! I was so surprised because I lost a total of 3lbs. this past week while my inlaws were here. We ate out often but I was careful with my choices. Also we did LOTS of walking (sightseeing) but I didn't get in as much normal cardio as I would have liked. First and foremost I want to say THANK GOD IM BACK!!! I have had family visiting for the past week and it has seriously been a challenge for me to be out of my routine.
