My fiancee's friend is in town and wants to hand out at 6pm, and since my fiancee doesn't get out of work until 5 and home about 5:30pm it was looking like it wasn't going to happen. Ran .25 at 6.2mph, walked .10 at 4.0mph, incline of 9, alternating for 30 minutes. Sprinted for last 30seconds at 7.5mph.
