So, the last two days have been awesome, eating is a little bit out of sync, but everyday has been awesome with my exercising and bike riding, also strength training has finally kicked in. Fri, 21 Feb 2014 22:34:59 EST 3kgs down So, I went to the doctors yesterday for my appointment. Since I saw her last month, I'd lost 3kgs, from 152 kg to 149.5 - surprised much? Yes - very happy at this stage. In fact, I'd achieved much the last couple of days on my bicycle. <BR> <BR> I rode 9km for 45 minutes the other day, and I felt so good. The next day, which was yesterday, I rode about 7 - 8km, so I'm very pleased with myself. I'm trying to incorporate strength training in, so today, after my bike ride, I'm going to do that....
