I have missed it and all the great people on here. :)

I have been slacking in the fitness and eating areas the last 6 or 7 months. I am pretty ashamed that I let myself go and gained 40 pounds in the process. I am an
emotional eater and a yo yo dieter and have been struggling with this for so many
years.

On a bright note, I am one who is willing to do what it takes to get on the right track. I love exercisi... Mon, 16 Feb 2015 16:33:07 EST Week 3 P90x Today was Chest and Back and Ab ripper x again. But i am sticking to my guns and see... Thu, 4 Oct 2012 20:49:11 EST 2 week of p90x---DO YOUR BEST, FORGET THE REST!!! I never thought using weights and resistance bands would be so fun. What a feeling it is to feel your body get stronger. My muscles are pretty sore but in a great way.

I am still having trouble with Chest and Back---mainly the pushups, as my arm
strength isn't there yet but i am sure i will be able to do a few in time.

One thing i dislike is Yoga. My arms are not strong enough to hold poses for 90 mins. I much prefer to do any cardio workout than yoga!!
... Mon, 23 Jul 2012 19:34:22 EST We all need to believe in who we are Becoming a wife and mother was one of the greatest things to have happened to me.
