Despite celebrating the fourth of July will a BBQ and ice cream it was a good weigh in on Monday (July 8th)! This weigh in dropped three pounds since June 29th. Keeping track of my food throughout the week has really helped me with my portion control (which is my biggest problem) and I feel more full after a few weeks of being hungry. I didn't eat nearly as much as I would have eaten in the past on the Fourth; and I was splurging! This is a good week for me! It was my 5th wedding anniversary and I planned to cheat on our anniversary and have dessert but our one dinner turned into an anniversary weekend. I had our cheat night as planned but then was surprised by my wonderful husband with another dinner with friends and a meal on the go while we were out for a fun filled evening.
