I get the half hour sessions and they are perfect. My trainer, Steve, jam packs in exercises and we are constantly bouncing from one thing to the next. My first 5k over the summer I was 40 and some change and the second one over the summer was 38 something. I was hoping for 36, so I am very happy with this. I love how I look now and get multiple compliments a day. Recently compliments have been coming from coworkers that I don't really speak to. However, I noticed today that when I bend over I my stomach looks VERY weird. It is like an alien is trying to come out of my stomach. Shes going from 6 cigs a day down to none by cutting her cigs down by one per day each week so by Oct 22 she will be a non smoker.
