It hurt to breath, cough, sneeze and move side to side. Because of respiration difficulties I developed walking pneumonia. After four weeks I am finally feeling better. I decided to do a 21 mile bike ride. It has been awhile since I had done a long ride and I was not sure if I was going to finish. I was unable to run due to a sore knee. After a year of my Chiro adjusting my knee I am now able to run with no problems.
