My mom has cancer in her legs and my dad has lung cancer.I am still working out and losing weight but wasn't eating that well.Until my husband had his surgery.I still want to lose weight but my main goal now is to get healthy because I want to be around as long as I can for my Daughter. I have been really good on my calorie in take and exercising every day. When I first started it was so hard to keep with the diet when all I ever did be for was snack all day on what ever I wanted. The first day was ruff I couldn't even do 5 mins. with out stopping to breath.But I didn't give up and I feel great. I'm sticking to my diet and I just ran for 30 mins. the other day.
