The number one excuse is that I don't have time. I am a full time college student and a full time mom. Time can get tight sometimes but if I can make time to watch TV I know I can make time to exercise!!! I got a gym membership in the fall and only went 3 times in the last 6 months. I lost sight of what I was trying to do and let other areas of my life to take priority. Last weekend I had a serious wakeup call. I went tubing with a group of friends and the next day got seen the pictures. I was very sad to see what everyone else was seeing and what I was trying to ignore. I refuse to live life that unhealthy. So today I start again with more resolve and determination. I ... I decided to blog this because this is the first weight loss. It's only been 3 days since I seriously started watching my calorie intake and tracking my meals. So far so good!! I have even noticed that with the right food choices and eating at more of a scheduled time I don't suffer from the eating binges in the evening. So that's progress.
