One girl said last week she had gained quite a bit during vacation so she may as well give up. Another girl who had struggled for ages to lose those last 10 lbs told her DON'T GIVE UP. She asked me about my weight and I said I had done well over the summer but not so good now. She gently reminded me to take it slow. Look at no more than 10 lbs at a time as a goal to lose and even if it's just two lbs in a month or stay the same just keep at it. I remember the old Weight Watchers Program which gave you large amounts of protein mainly fish and chicken , 2 or 3 fruits, 2 skim milk, 2 slices of bread and a fair amount of veggies.
