I am only 5'2" so at 150 I am still considered overweight. I would love to get down to 135 so I could be in the healthy range. I have been watching what I eat and exercising for about 3 1/2-4 months now and I have lost 36 pounds so far. I really have no idea why it is working this time but I am glad that it is.
