I am going in for a procedure on Thursday to have in i.u.d. put in to lift it up. I can do everything normal once it's done, with the exception of squats or anything that makes me bare down while standing. I guess that means my weights are out. Sure do hope I can continue to lose weight it's been hard for me it took me an entire year to lose 14 pounds, but I have lost 4 this year so far. It seems to take me a month to lose 2 pounds. I... Tue, 12 Mar 2013 12:50:29 EST early workout Today I got up and 4 and started working out at 5 in the morning. I found I feel better during the day if I get this done early. The 30 minutes on the bike is easier than the 30 minute walk for me. My hips don't hurt on the bike, where as walking makes my hips ache. I have found my hips bother me all day when I do the walk. I was advised to swing my legs and it would help. It does help, it just doesn't relieve it during the workout, but afterwards it seems to help my hips not to ache. Maybe I... We hope to move but right now we live in a town on a mountain where our food prices are doubled, and a lot of things are impossible to get. When we get moved we should be able to get the food I need to help my diet and for half the price. There are two of us and right now it cost us about $500.00 a month to eat. Maybe I will do better now. I for some reason thought we burned calories when we did weight training. Boy am I ever leaning.
