At the latter, we had to make an action plan. The difference between that and a To Do List, is that you make your SMART (Specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely) goal. And also you list what your Confidence Level is that you will attain that goa... Went to church and came home and took dh and mil to the Nursing Home and she saw her sis with Alzheimers and her other sil who is only 61, (younger than me!) and she's already had a couple heart attacks, a TIA, has COPD and cellulitus and is in a wheelchair.... I could see it the day I had A&W and the other day I had pizza, but where did the rest come from. I know how to fix it though... cook at home and non-processed foods... now just to do it. On Monday we got 59.2 cm of snow, and as of today, they are talking 80 cm of snow to date... So I have been getting lots of exercise shoveling. <BR> <BR> I only worked 2 shifts last week and none this week... so I had plenty of time to shovel. <BR> <BR> I did get a call asking me to present my history paper at the local Historical Society next month, so that is a real honour... I did make it for 11:30, and then worked till 8:45. Peak Season. I did my fastest return tonite, the last one, the EASY one, finally... it only took about 20 min. to do!!! And it is peak season!!! Crazy!!! Was asked to work late a couple times already, but with snow storm happening tonite, I was glad that I was able to go home and two others came in instead... I did a 4 hr. shift and have 20 hrs. booked at the tax office for next week, on my own, not shadowing someone else.
