This afternoon I will be on another 15. I'm having issues with my low back, priformas muscles in my buttocks and pain in my hips, all related to Sciatica I'm sure. <BR> Being back to work for a few months, and the sedentary winter days have really been giving me aches and pains. My NEW YEAR will be starting soon and as I reflect on 2013, I know that a lot of what a wished for and strived for did not come to be. I started out loosing some weight ( 16 lbs. ). We have gotten into this routine that when he gets home from work we grab our dinner and plant ourselves in our chairs in front of the T V. This past week was a challenge for me! This is our second straight week of over time at work. Yesterday I did 40 mins and walked 1.88. I felt really good about my self. After I was on there for 20 mins I increased my speed. It felt like I was not going fast enough.
