I was at my weight and fitness goal for about a year, and then got complacent, or lazy, or both. I ate more and moved less. Not rocket science. So, as a result, I'm back up to 148 and feel out of shape. Can't do the hikes and long walks I used to do without effort. Time to get back to where I felt my best. I'm starting over with renewed commitment! I don't have the "batwings" on my arms and I can run or ride bike for miles. I have not had a single day of abdominal pain, either. My personal life is in an uproar, but my body has not suffered because of the daily visits here to motivate and constantly remind me that making an effort with diet and fitness is the best way to love myself.
