However, once life gets in the way I sometimes fall backwards. I do believe I set too high of a goal and expect myself to do too much too fast. When I do that I feel like giving up. I haven't but I do have a tendency to go into lock down. Ugh!! I do physical therapy 1 a week and every now and then if I push my body to hard I have a set back and then a mental block. I must learn how to push through my mental block. Who would have thunk it? <BR> <BR> What a great workout. I did my strength training today but wanted to do more. Due to physical therapy and leg issues I'm limited as to what I can do but I loved it. The Bollywood SparkPeople featured video is so much fun. I tried it the other night (with my daughter) and was only able to do 6 minutes of it. Tonight I was able to do 8. Hey, I'll take it. Well, not for some reason, I'm sure it had to do with the fact that I had a very busy week. Busy weeks lead to wanting to sleep in on Saturday's. Predator I'm currently sitting on the couch with my husband and I'm being subjected to the movie Alien vs. Predator. This terrible movie is going to drive me to the brink of wanting a glass of wine but that glass of wine may lead to two.
