I manually checked my calorie maximum daily intake and it has been reduced to 1272 from 1305, so perhaps since I kept eating according to 1305 I gained a bit, and I'm still bloated. I see that I have too many carbs on most days and not enough protein. I have the recommended amount of fat almost every day though.
