I think I just found the exercise that I can stick to. I had a good time doing it. Think I will be able to stick to it. I had a small late lunch and then after awhile I worked out. Did 2 of the SparkPeople videos. Surprised myself when I did the 2nd one. Now to go eat a small, sensible?, supper. Or should I say, try to find something that would be considered a sensible food to eat for supper. It says that I only lost 1 pound, not sure if that is correct but I will take it. A pound is a pound and this is a new week. Going to try to stick with everything that I have to do and to track.Then maybe next Sunday it will say that I lost a lot more then 1 pound.
