One year ago, at the time I was almost 1/2 way to my goal, I was in a car accident that affected my abilities to be fully committed to an exercise routine. I continued to eat a healthy diet, but I still gained wait. However, when it come to old clothes in bigger sizes, I get rid of them as I am losing weight. I have always had a hard time sleeping because of too many things on my mind, so I thought this challenge would be hard, but actually it isn't hard at all. Sat, 20 Apr 2013 01:21:45 EST Periodontal Surgery I am having a hard time eating. I feel like I am making the wrong choices because I only have what is in the house, and I can only eat soft food. This is the day after my surgery. Yesterday, I slept most of the day. The only realy meal I had yesterday was breakfast before the surgery. First, this week started with my birthday on Sunday, so my family took me out to dinner. Second, Monday was the night my husband had Passover dinner, third, Tuesday was the monthly lunch program of the organization that the food is always from Panera pre-boxed. I went in thinking I would have only one of the Salads, but all they had were the 1/2 and 1/2 salad/sandwich combos. Finally, on Wednesday I am having oral surgery, so eat...
