She accidentally poured too much water in the bowl and even after cooking.. the oatmeal was hidden under a lake of water. She decided to add another packet of oatmeal to the mix to help soak up the water and it did help. <BR> <BR> While this was Quaker's Protein oatmeal.. it still started my day with 80 carbs! Since I have been keeping my daily carbs below 150 grams a day... Well I was a lil discouraged when I knew it wouldn't be smart to go for an hour walk with temperatures in the high 90's even at 8 pm! So HOTT! <BR> <BR> I tried a new workout dvd I bought. I weighed in yesterday and I was down 3.6 pounds for the week :) yay! <BR> <BR> While out of town for the week I walked 3 miles everyday even though there wasn't a fitness center at the hotel! I also stayed within my calories everyday except for one day. I went to the store and stocked the room up with some healthy foods so I wouldn't be tempted to eat out every meal. So tracking my calories to make sure I am eating enough is helping the scale go down! So yesterday the fam and I spent the whole day with my beloved.
