I am feeling pretty negative today about things. I have been tracking my foods and doing good with that. But it wasn't much of a change for me. I eat healthy.

I am feeling down for many reasons. DH and I have been TTC for almost 5 months now, to no avail. Sometimes when I am hardest on myself, I blame my weight. I know it takes time and that probably isn't the reason, but darn it, I am impatient. So, that's when I decided ... Tue, 21 Aug 2012 10:45:26 EST AWOL http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5018039 Well, after getting married and with summer in progress, things have gotten insane. This caused me to go completely AWOL from Sparkpeople and from my diet/work-out regimine. Looking back, I seriously regret it. I not only gained back the 15 pounds that I had lost, but added another 10 pounds to that. I am now 25 pounds further away from my goal than when I last started. It is so frustrating to me. I hate looking at myself, period. I hate getting dressed and find that I will resort to m... Thu, 16 Aug 2012 12:02:31 EST My 4 day hiatus http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4761555 I have recently took a four day hiatus. Did I feel guilty for not logging in to Spark People? Yes. Did I miss out on my Spark Points? Yes. Did I stay on track for my nutrition? Yes. Did I exercise? I tried.
See, there have been a ton of things going on in my life lately. My four year old is recently on his quick of winning the Naughtiest Boy of the Year award. Work has been stressful with a new ¡§manager¡¦ taking his place. I have been planning a trip/wedding in April. (I¡¦m so excite... Tue, 28 Feb 2012 12:31:47 EST THE jeans http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4747621 Sunday was a rough day, in a sense. I got up and worked out for over an hour. I do these 6-7 days a week. I do it because I have a goal, but also because I enjoy going. I will admit that getting up at 5 a.m. isn’t always the easiest thing to do, but once I get there and am done with my workout, my day seems to go much better. I have more energy; I’m not as hungry and I love going home in the evening and having that time to dedicate to my kids and my household projects. Sunday was my boy... Mon, 20 Feb 2012 11:56:13 EST Good feeling http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4740145 Well, I pulled out a pair of older pants this morning (one of my larger pairs, but still couldn't fit in them before SP). And........they fit! I haven't weighed myself in two weeks, however, I do believe that I am close, if not at, the 15 pounds lost mark. I've been so good at staying diligent with working out and substituting healthy foods for myself when I make the not-so-healthy version for my family.
Just wanted to toot my own horn a little bit. I'm very proud of how determined ... Wed, 15 Feb 2012 12:45:07 EST 30 days and my first goal http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4728814 Well, it has been 30 days today since I started my weight loss journey. I have been very dedicated to my goals and my success. I have been making healthy meals and tracking my calories and fitness time. Because Sparkpeople makes it fun, I enjoy logging in every day and doing so. I can proudly say that I have made my first goal! I am 10 pounds down! I am very excited to have made this goal and can’t wait to make the next one.
I find that going to the gym is easier and easier. If I don... Wed, 8 Feb 2012 11:37:02 EST
