My average is 300 a day. I guess stacking papers is the equivalent of moving a barbell or something, because I have to move my arms so much. Mon, 24 Aug 2015 13:15:42 EST August 19, 2015 Yesterday, I finally got back to swimming after several weeks since an unfortunate accident. I had slipped while getting out of the pool and fell onto the concrete rim. It cracked my right knee and left ankle. My right knee healed pretty quickly, but the left ankle took forever. It was due to a repeat TIA (trans-ischemic attack, also called "mini-stroke"). I went to the doctor this morning, and two times, they gave me the wrong referral to a neurologist. They sent me to an eye doctor the first time, and a cancer doctor the second time. Sigh... It is so frustrating, I don't know how long I can take it. I am just going to relax for a while. I d... Sun, 25 May 2014 18:23:35 EST Hello on Sunday :) Yesterday, I went to the Chasco Fiesta, which is a local festival with food, music, dancing and other neat things. There were tons of people. I was at the booth of a local political group. We got people to sign some petitions, which was good. :) I also had to walk a long way, which was tiring at first, but counted for a lot of exercise by the end of the day. Keisha died of cancer at age 16. It won't be easy, but I am prone to depression as is, so I have to stave off recurrences of this feeling through any positive means at my disposal. The other day, I started to feel my thoughts racing, so I went outside for a walk, and it did help calm me down a bit.
