I have also been going to an accupuncturist, exercising and taking supplements to keep my mood up. I have my good and bad days. After being on the med's for 8 years, I notice I am having real emotions again which is strange after not having them for so long. I also get annoxious some days and I am trying to work through them as best I can. This is a scary process but I think it is so much healt... They are definately a trigger food for me. I hear Thin Mint cookies calling my name <em>495</em> <em>4</em> . I normally don't eat cookies that often, thank goodness they only sell them once a year. They do have an option to donate the cookies to the troops that makes it easier to support the girl scouts without actually getting the cookies. I will have to try th... Mon, 4 Mar 2013 21:24:59 EST Small Roadblock I am a little discouraged right now. I went to the doctor because I was having some pain in my foot after running and in the morning. It turns out it is plantar facisitis. The doctor put my running on hold for a month in order to try to get my foot to heal. I do want it to heal but I am scared that I am going to lose all the progress I've made while I take time off. I can still do exercise that is low impact like biking, swimming or the eliptical machine. I guess I will give it a try. ... She was my grandmothers cat and came to live with me with she passed away. Angel had been sick on and off for the last two years and I didn't want her to suffer anymore. <BR> It's so hard coming home without her here. I will really miss her. Sun, 6 Feb 2011 00:42:56 EST Saturday in December I am happy to see that my weight is back to where it was prior to Thanksgiving. I had a good week. I made it to a Zumba and Yoga class. I want to keep my momentum and keep eating healthy and exercising. I know I feel better when I do. It is hard for me to spend too much time with my family during the holidays because they eat so unhealthy and are really resistant to change. Sparkpeople gives me the motivation to keep going :).
