I've joined the summer challenge to get in shape and right as I got into it the knee pain came <em>40</em> I thought about giving up but my spark friends keep me motivated <em>224</em> I got some good information from a spark friend and a knee brace and now it's coming along fine! Can't wait to jog again taking it easy but still working out! Thanks to all my spark friends <em>247</em> Wed, 16 May 2012 16:02:34 EST 5k We didn't get to run our 5K Sunday due to the warm weather,it was very humid here. Then my knees was aching very bad which was also a disappointment. But we're looking at one in June hopefully my knees will be better but I'm still jogging/walking! I'm sill training gonna give me more time to get it right!! I had a pretty good day yesterday, workout ate good felt great <em>9</em> . But then later that night I got hungry <em>40</em> . I have a desire to jog just having a hard time getting started <em>198</em> . But I guess a few weeks of jogging one mile with Leslie Sansone will at least get me started <em>312</em> . I feel great and whats awesome about it is that my 22 year old son is walking with me and he's in great shape but I be keeping up with him <em>311</em> We go out in the evening since I work until 8pm. But Im really enjoying myself and now my niece wants to join us <em>244</em> Well now I'm tired shower and bed for me my day starts at 6am. Thu, 1 Sep 2011 21:18:00 EST Goal!! They know your struggles they comfort you in time of need. Just to know you have friends out there who really understand how hard it is to lose weight to say you can do it. I really enjoy walking it the best exercise for me indoors and out it makes me feel great! Since my surgery I have not been able to do much walking but now im great feeling better each day praise God! Im so greatful and blessed and thank God for touching my body and healing me getting me through my surgery and blessing my soul. Greatful for all those who cared for me while I was weak and now Im feeling so much better still have a way to go but Im still greatful that God blessed me! I like walking outside but I'm afraid of loose dogs in our neighborhood.
