I was kinda tired. Lol almost fell asleep during nap time. Kept pretty well in my calorie range a little below actually! I made some chicken for supper and walked for an hour, doing the total body sculpting by sparkpeople! It was the firts beginner workout i believe. Then i made a green smoothie!! It was delish! Not like flu sick like raging head cold! these last two days have moreso been me just being really tired and blowing my nose. Sun, 13 Jan 2013 21:41:36 EST Day 15: Day3 of insanity Well hello everyone! Today was a snow day at school, which means no work! So today was a big fitness day for me. I walked for 45 minutes upping the incline today. Then i did the third day of insanity later on. And walked for another 30 minutes to loosen up a little and get my steps in for the day! Fri, 11 Jan 2013 20:38:40 EST Day 13: Insanity Day 1 Well today went wonderfully! Work was great! I walked there and back, only 11 blocks, and i walked my dog up to the post office, only 8 blocks. But that was something! Then i had a tuna sandwhich with an apple for supper :) After supper i just hung out for a bit, and watched my recordings of PLL. I had gone to grand forks and saw my sister and nieces and nephews. Then met with my younger sisters at the mall and got some yoga pants, shorts, and a few new bras for a pretty good deal. Today should be a great day :) Jon's making me some scrambled eggs right now, i did my january jumpstart video already, and did yoga at like 12 last night (I Couldn't sleep <em>24</em> . And might use up my giftcards at victoria's secret on some PINK yoga stuff or something. I figure if i do lose weight the yoga pants will still be kinda tight. but i have some money... Sat, 5 Jan 2013 11:09:23 EST Day 9: Keeping it up! This day has been as good as all the others! This morning i did a quick 5 minute walk on the treadmill. Walked to work, at a little too much for lunch but i was in a hurry trying to eat while the kid i watch at school ate as well. For snack my coworker had ran up to the store to buy snacks for the kids and got a turnover for her and myself :( i couldn't really refuse and be rude so i had it. <BR> <BR> But after i walked home, and took my dog on a walk/jog for 20 minutes that burned 200 calo... It was amazing and fun, the kids are great! Basically my job there is to help an autistic boy participate in the daily activities. Thu, 3 Jan 2013 20:29:07 EST Goals/resolutions for the new year Ok so i forgot my goals for this new year. <BR> <BR> 1) I would like to not drink at all. It will help in my weight loss and i will feel, as a person, much better about myself. <BR> <BR> 2) I would like to lose 45 pounds in this new year. Wed, 2 Jan 2013 12:39:46 EST My last two days Well lets be honest here, i had a horrible new years eve and day. Basically i had gone out to a party with my boyfriend and a bunch of our friends. One of my friends had drank way to much and got sick, so i helped her for about two hours as she got sick. Then my boyfriend and i got in this huge fight . But all is better now. Yesterday was just disastrous for me and way to emotional! <BR> <BR> I hadn't slept at all and it was one of those things that i didn't eat until five that night after... I did my sparkpeople workout for January Jumpstart as well as the Bikini Jumpstart 28 day challenge as well! Heck yeahh, I also walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, burned 200 calories there, (not too much) but i like to read while i walk cause it makes it go faster! My younger sister and i were going to go eat at the cafe in town here, but like always it wasn't open. This new cafe guy isn't going to be lasting long in this small community if he isn't open consistently!! The poor elderly people won't have anywhere to have coffee! <BR> <BR> Today so far i've been trying to plan a budget for myself on I hope this place is as secure as it says ... So i've been on break for about a week now :) Totally enjoying it!! I start my new job at the elementary school on the 4th when they go back to school so i used my vacay time from the nursing home.
