Today is Day 59 of Gaye's and my streak and Day 1 for the Beck Diet Solution program. I've made it to Chapter 5 of the book. All I need to do is get some index cards for my response cards. Already have a notebook. <BR> To start I'm going to write on a note pad why I want to lose weight. Once I get index cards, I'll transfer this information over to them. <BR> I have to say that this program is how I lost 170 lbs over 6 years time. Well, not exactly this program,... We did some house cleaning this morning and a little bit of shopping before all the stores closed. <BR> We didn't go for a traditional Thanksgiving today since there was only 5 of us here. My sons both had to work today so there wasn't much use in making a whole turkey for just the 5 of us.
