I'm hoping that I will be able to sleep tonight. <BR> Did manage to have an hours walk this morning. Managed to get to 11,000 steps. <BR> Am off work tomorrow so plan to get on the new elliptical in the morning for a good workout. Then sometime tomorrow afternoon, go to the gym for ST. <BR> Gaye and Gabi are both doing well. I had gone to my doctor Saturday and he took me off one of my medications, which I should have known would make a change in my mood. This wasn't a med that he had prescribed in the first place, so I should have gone to the doctor that had prescribed it and talked to her about weaning me off of it.
