Quite a time was had by all and we took a lot of photos. Day 13 for me on this streak. My eating wasn't the best, but that was only because we didn't pack full lunches and the zoo doesn't have very healthy foods. Plus they are very expensive. Hoping that with the little food that I did eat and all the walking that we did, that I did lose at least a pound. <BR> After the g... So I didn't get a chance to walk this morning, but I will tomorrow, for sure! Gym time this evening was great with just under an hour on the elliptical and another 15 minutes on a bike! I feel great! So I wasn't able to get up early for the gym this morning. I did walk quite a bit while at work, and after work I went on a 20 minute walk, so I consider today to be Day 9 of my streak! Any little bit counts, and even though I didn't make it to the gym I did get some exercise in today. <BR> Tomorrow will be better.
