After the appointment I drove straight to the nearest grocery store and bought some of the sweetest, stickest, highest fat content junk food I could find. I carried some tips from my former trainer which add effort without feeling like it. I wear 2lb weights around each ankle. Place a piece of tape between my shoulders to remember to stand up straight and hold by abs tight. Do modified interval walking-100 steps at a faster rate than I normally walk, then 50 steps at my "regular" rate (counting steps instead of time makes it easier than continually looking at a watch). Now I have cable and a Wii hooked up and don't have much idea of how to straighten these cords back in order.
