I guess I took a weight-loss vacation over the last few months. I have gained 11 pounds back of the almost 50 pounds I had lost since February 2013. I'm still eating pretty healthy, just not exercising and my portion sizes are too large. So now it's time to get back to business. This week I started tracking what I eat again and trying to cut back. I've lost 2 pounds already. I know when I get my pool opened (if it ever warms up!), I can do water aerobics and lose even more. My goal is still ... Thu, 28 Mar 2013 14:45:33 EST Bad Food Day on Sunday I had a very bad food day on Sunday. We were helping my brother move from one city to another in Tennessee, and my daughter wanted to go to McDonalds for breakfast. I had half a sausage biscuit there. (First one I've had since February.) <BR> <BR> Then we had no choice but to eat out again for lunch and ended up at Hardees. I tried to make a good choice with a turkey burger, which tasted nasty! I ate some of my brother's fries and one of his chicken tenders too. <BR> <BR> On our way home ... Mon, 20 Aug 2012 10:10:05 EST Raspberry Ketones I started taking raspberry ketones on August 1. In the five days that I've been taking them, I've lost 2 lbs. I don't know if that's due to the raspberry ketones or just what I would have lost anyway. I guess I'll stick with it awhile and see. <BR> <BR> I'm not trying to find something to take so that I don't need to diet or exercise. I'm fully committed to eating healthy and getting in shape. But at times, especially since I've gotten older, my metabolism seems to stall and it takes longer... Sun, 5 Aug 2012 09:54:04 EST I DID IT!!!! I finally hit my first weight loss goal! I weighed this morning and was at 199.8. I'm finally under 200 lbs.!! And it feels great. <BR> <BR> Next weight goal: 175 by my birthday in November.
