Final calories at 1169. I wasn't going to workout because I was feeling tired but I decided to do a little anyway. I did just 20 minutes of the tennis Kinect game which burnt 138 calories. It's better than nothing.

I'm not going to be going to bed early tonight. I just really can't wait to see my husband tonight. I'm going to work on the early bedtime this coming week.

Proud of myself for sticking with day 1. Only a few thousand more to ... Fri, 14 Mar 2014 22:25:04 EST TMI blog but I think I've found my motivation http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5647332 I am not a fan of my impulsive eating, reflection, or mood swings. But until the other night even that all wasn't enough to get my act together.

My husband is an amazing man. He loves me for me, doesn't pressure me to lose weight no matter how much I need to, and when I'm with him I forget my size. He constantly wants me. He constantly says that I have no idea how much he wants me, that I turn him on. When we were getting ready to fall asleep we snuggled up and I could feel his han... Thu, 13 Mar 2014 22:50:33 EST Just trying to take it one day at a time http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5639792 Well I messed up with dinner. That McDonalds just got me, but I was honest about it in my food tracker so I could visually see how big of a mistake that was. But I'm gonna try to keep it small for the rest of the day if I get hungry. So far since I binged I've eaten one of those Cutie oranges and a string cheese.

I took a nice relaxing bath earlier so it made me feel kind of refreshed so I'm doing laundry. My little boy hasn't been feeling well, he has a congested cough but still p... Tue, 4 Mar 2014 18:58:47 EST Doing better than last blog http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5635372 Doing better since my last blog... obviously.. don't really know how it could've gotten worse haha. Well after a good breakdown I was already feeling better. The past couple days I let my eating slip but am trying to get it back in sync. Today I opted for a Chamomile tea with sugar free vanilla at Starbucks (0 calories) instead of my usual Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino (300 calories). I also chose a 6 inch chicken breast sub at Subway instead of waiting and then bingeing on fast food late... Thu, 27 Feb 2014 14:53:05 EST Tried working out.. feel even more pathetic now http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5632917 So I hooked up the Kinect and put in the Biggest Loser game.... well first off it gives you a starting weight of 160 and you have to raise the weight a 10th of a pound at a time..... so raising it up 70 pounds sucked. Then I did the fitness test... I has an outline of you on the screen... and it is insanely accurate. I lifted my shirt a little and the kinect could show the outline of my belly button. So there's a LARGE blob of a mass jiggling along with Bob Harper. And I could barely do it. A... Mon, 24 Feb 2014 21:46:05 EST Weighed in this morning... gained again.. definitely a downer blog, just have to get it out. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5631474 Well I gained more weight... which does really make efforts seem pointless. I always start off with motivation and doing well.... and then it just dies away. I'm up 4 pounds from two weeks ago but I guess I am still down 7 pounds from my highest.

Gaining weight is just so much easier and convenient than trying to lose weight. I mean, you get to eat what you want, when you want, get to sit on the couch, and do what you want. But at the same time, you slowly get more and more unhapp... Sun, 23 Feb 2014 10:10:04 EST Nothing gets that Spark going like a Zombie run 3 months away http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5628413 I found one... Finally... a Zombie run. May 10 I will run this 5k. The only times I can train are going to be Saturdays, Sundays, an occasional Thursday, and maybe one more day a week whenever my Mother-in-law can watch my little boy. I have also made the decision that I wouldn't really benefit from a gym membership. When I think about working out (at least right now) running outside appeals to me more than in a gym. If I really want to, I can use the gym for $10 a day to try it out without h... Wed, 19 Feb 2014 14:14:13 EST Had a cheat week and gained a bit but back on track http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5626675 A week ago I had lost a few more pounds. I weighed in yesterday and had gained 1.6 back. Which is better than I expected. I just really had an off week. I had a couple pizzas, fast food, etc. But even this morning I was already thinking of what to eat and my find when to the tilapia fillets I had in the freezer. So that made me happy. Earlier I was tempted to order another pizza because I'm a stress eater and my car isn't starting and we don't have much money to fix it. But I resisted, with t... Mon, 17 Feb 2014 17:41:37 EST Down another 1.6 pounds, almost out of the 230s http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5605908 Weigh in today. And I'm at 230.8. That's down another 1.6 pounds and a total of about 8 pounds. I had a bad eating day on Friday but realized it and turned it around yesterday. I found a couple more low carb meal ideas. Like a low carb chicken tender and also a low carb tortilla pizza. Both were EXCELLENT and the pizza will definitely help with any pizza cravings that come on.

My eating has just completely changed. I'm only eating when I'm actually hungry, I'm drinking more water t... Sun, 26 Jan 2014 08:15:32 EST Know what I'm doing?? I'm kicking butt, that's what. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5602413 Lately I have just been feeling so much more confident about my eating. Tuesday I had extra time between client's so I wanted to get something to eat. I drove past a burger king, a mcdonalds (with $1.99 big macs), a pizza hut, and a subway to a grocery store. Went to the deli and bought some freshly sliced meat and cheese to snack on before my shift. I've just been having amazing food choices and self control.

A big thing I realize is helping me is the fact that I will indulge in s... Wed, 22 Jan 2014 14:07:56 EST Down another 1.4 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5600231 Well I weighed in Friday because I was curious about my weight and it had gone down another 1.4 pounds. So I'm down a little over 6 pounds total so far this new year. On Saturday night we had some friends over and I ate a bunch of pizza, and drank some vodka but when I weighed myself Sunday morning the scale still showed the weight from Friday (232.4). Don't know what kind of luck I had with me but I'm glad I had it. Haha

I'm getting closer and closer to getting out of the 230's wh... Mon, 20 Jan 2014 14:29:43 EST I've fallen into a nice groove with my eating habits. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5596306 It's now gotten to the point where I'm not even craving a binge. Tuesday I had the house to myself so I fixed me a frozen pizza, I ate the whole thing and felt disgusted while eating most of it. That made me realize that my eating style has REALLY changed.

One big thing that I have started doing has been to allow myself to eat foods that I'm craving. Monday I was wanting a sausage biscuit from McDs. Instead of loading up on everything else on the menu, I just got ONE sausage biscui... Thu, 16 Jan 2014 20:11:47 EST Decided to weigh in today, down 3.8 lbs http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5582701 I usually like to stick to weekly weigh ins. Well stick to making the weekly weigh in's 'official', I usually sneak on the scale a few times a week. On the 3rd I weighed myself and my weight had gone up a little bit but I was sure that was just from a late snack or something. I decided to make Sunday my official weigh in day because it's my only morning off so I can relax and not have to stress to waking up any earlier than I have to do for work.

So I stepped on the scale today an... Sun, 5 Jan 2014 08:45:11 EST Starting off a New Year fatter than the last http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5577644 Well I weighed in this morning, heaviest weight so far. 238.6. My husband has gained some weight recently too but he's still down 39 pounds so i'm proud of him, but also jealous of him. He's been doing a keto diet where he doesn't eat a lot of carbs. And he's fine on it because he LOVES meat. I do NOT love meat that much. I love carbs as much as he loves meat. And it's frustrating. I've eaten 2 medium pizzas the past 2 nights while he's been at work. And it's pathetic.

I have a pla... Wed, 1 Jan 2014 10:25:23 EST Feel like I'm on a depressed autopilot mode, need help. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5520758 Lately I've been in a funk and the only way I can figure to describe it is autopilot. I work 6 days a week and do the SAME EXACT THING every day.

Monday-Saturday 8-11 shift
Clock in
He goes to take the dog for a walk
I cut up the rind from his cantalope and push it and the peel from his half of a banana down the disposal.
I empty the coffee grounds down the disposal and rinse out the coffee pot
We go to the grocery store 4 out of 6 days
We visit his wi... Tue, 22 Oct 2013 21:47:56 EST Breakfast help? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5492678 I work 6 days a week at 8 am and the other day I don't go in until 3 (usually but sometimes they switch it up). My issue is breakfast. I usually don't eat it when I go to work at 8. I usually get out of bed around 7:00 and just get ready. Even days when I don't work in the morning (like today), it'll be a good 2 hours after I wake up until I'm hungry. So is that still considered breakfast. I've tried before to eat something in the little time before work and while I was eating I was feeling n... Sun, 22 Sep 2013 11:03:24 EST Feels Good! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5482955 I'm 26 minutes and 25 calories away from my Sparkpeople set weekly fitness goals!! I'm trying to go at least a mile a day with my son during the week after work(until Oct when I'll sign up for a gym with a nursery!!!) And I'm going to try to do more on the weekends when my husband is home from work after I get off work. Just excited to be doing so well that I had to post another blog for the day!! Wed, 11 Sep 2013 17:38:26 EST Does this count as heavy cleaning? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5482813 Today at one of my client's a did a lot of house cleaning. Picking things off the floor, putting away laundry, sweeping, doing dishes, vacuuming, and putting away clothes. I worked up a SWEAT. I figured I'd enter it in my fitness tracker. The only cleaning option I found was 'Heavy cleaning or house cleaning'. Was this considered heavy cleaning? I did it for an hour and if it is considered heavy cleaning then the tracker says I burnt 500 and some calories. I figured I'd ask you guys if you th... Wed, 11 Sep 2013 14:30:30 EST Dealing with my 2 year old cutting all his molars at the same time.... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5481921 So my little 'angel' has been cutting his molars for the past few days. Last night was the WORST. No one got very much sleep. Trying to find something that helps him because children's tylenol didn't help last night. And I do admit, his grumpy disposition is VERY contagious. Especially when he's not taking naps and waking up every 30 minutes through the night.

I've been tracking my food today, not the smartest of choices but that's all we had in the house. I go grocery shopping aft... Tue, 10 Sep 2013 18:15:44 EST Made smart choices today.. thinking about getting a BodyMedia armband http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5480816 Well it seems my 5k yesterday motivated me to start making smarter choices. Some of my accomplishments of the day have been:

Drinking water in the morning at my client's house instead of fixing an unhealthy snack
Passing up Krispy Kreme donuts and chocolates at the nursing home.
Swapping out my 400 cal frappuccino for a 90 calorie Berry Refresher (YUM)
Not indulging in fast food while I was on the road before, after, or in between clients.
Passed up buying Mount... Mon, 9 Sep 2013 17:03:35 EST First 5k and I didn't die!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5479767 Well I finished my first 5k a little more than an hour ago. Of course I wish I could've run more but I did finish 5 minutes faster than I expected. I was expecting to finish at one hour (figuring 20 min miles which have been my slowest recorded time). But I actually finished at 54:56 and a pace of 17.41. So that felt really good. I also finished the last bit of the race at a sprint too. I just wanted to finish strong and I did.

My husband has been praising me ever since my 5k too ... Sun, 8 Sep 2013 18:43:18 EST Hours away from my first 5k http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5479413 I'll be participating in my first 5k in about 5 hours. I know I won't be able to run most of it. When I signed up for it I had this training plan in my head but, like it always does, it just kinda got pushed to the back of my priorities. I know a part of me will be disappointed in my performance from when I was a regular athlete about 10 years ago before my knee injury but I'm just trying to shut that part up with the fact that I am still going through with this 5k. It may not be the pretties... Sun, 8 Sep 2013 11:07:42 EST In the last 3 years I have gained 50 pounds (lost some, gained some over and over) http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5418894 I was 180 3 years ago. Since then I've gotten pregnant, got up to 210, got down to 200, gone up and down, up and down (haven't been below 200 since 2010) and got up to 230 (when I weighed in last month). Well I went down to 220ish but not under 220. Now I'm back up to 228.

I signed up for a 5k in September (in 8 weeks). Today I decided that my training schedule will be Friday, Sunday, Tuesday. I did Week 2 Day 1 this past Tuesday to see if I could do it. And I could but was really... Fri, 12 Jul 2013 12:28:25 EST I keep stumbling but I am not giving up. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5418240 I keep messing up, nowadays it seems as though it's happening on a daily basis, but I am not giving up on the goal. I just joined a new SparkTeam for Couch to 5k beginners and I joined their team challenges. So hopefully tomorrow I can get it going.

I did Week one day one June 25th and then stopped. Monday I decided to try Week 2 day 1 to see if I could. I kinda could but I think tomorrow (when i planned on running next) I am going to just stick with Week 1, although I might start... Thu, 11 Jul 2013 20:52:32 EST I'm making big changes and it's making me a little emotional http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5401510 I've been on a try/fail path with the high protein diet but I am determined to stick with it.

I have been wanting to do a 5k for as long as I can remember. Today I started my Couch 2 5k program and it is great. It's an app called Run Double. It plays music (your own playlist) in the background and then gives vocal clues to run/walk. It made the time go by so much quicker.

Now for the biggest thing that is tugging on my tear ducts.
I finally took the initiative and... Tue, 25 Jun 2013 15:34:46 EST Eating habits have really changed for the better http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5375784 I have decided to quit Weight Watchers. It's a great program but not for the money. I've been on it a little over a week and really feel like I can do it without paying the $45 monthly pass. They do say you can do weekly visits w/o having access to the etools for just $13/week. And if you don't go a week you still have to pay for it. So I'm just not going to bother paying for something I feel confident I can do on my own.

My husband is doing a keto type diet (that's what he calls i... Sun, 2 Jun 2013 17:08:03 EST Lost 4.2 pounds! And gained a discouraged husband.. HELP! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5373321 Well I got my act together and lost 4.2 pounds this week. My husband didn't lose any weight (seriously lost 0.0) but I think he's still down 10 pounds, and it is better than gaining. We've made a lot of changes this past week including him exercising more so we were both expecting some weight loss. I just don't know how to keep him from being discouraged. He started using our recumbent bike a few days ago and he was doing 6 miles at the highest resistance at around 12mph. He's been watching w... Fri, 31 May 2013 07:33:22 EST Time for another weigh in tomorrow http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5372935 I joined Weight Watchers last week after weighing in to a new heaviest weight. So now tomorrow will be a week since my starting weight weigh in. I track my Weight Watcher points but I also track food either on here or myfitnesspal just to see how they even out. And surprisingly they are pretty close. Today for example, I have 3 points left for the day and on SP I have 300 calories before I'm at too many calories.

I've been fitting in exercise too. Just a little bit here and there... Thu, 30 May 2013 20:08:37 EST Well back to my starting weight http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5362447 Well 2 weeks of gaining weight and I am back up to my starting weight (this time around) which is my heaviest so far. I'm trying to not get discouraged but it just seems pointless (i know it's not, it's just how I'm feeling right now). I keep trying and failing. For some reason I just can't stop impulse eating. And it ticks me off. I can avoid temptation a couple times but then I just dive head first into a binge. It sucks and I can't seem to stop.

Idk what to do to stop. It's ver... Mon, 20 May 2013 15:19:57 EST Gained 2 pounds this week http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5353960 Well I gained the 2 pounds that I lost last week. I'm not surprised either. I just feel like I'm fighting a losing battle. I can't find any time to exercise and when I finally have me time it's at the very end of the night when I am exhausted. I guess I'm at the 'what's the point?' stage.

What's the point of continuously trying and failing. Just seems like nothing is working out. I plan on waking up earlier but then my son wakes up earlier. He goes to bed an hour later now too so I... Sun, 12 May 2013 11:19:36 EST Another early morning http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5349449 My first alarm went off at 6 and Andrew started crying. So now we're up. I might eat some breakfast before work since I'm up. I'm hoping to get some exercise in today because by the time he goes to bed around 8-9 I am ready to go to sleep. Which I need to act on because last night instead of going to bed when I could I stayed up and watched a couple episodes of a show. I just finally wanted to enjoy the 'me time' I got. But if I have to get up at 6 every morning I'm going to go to bed sooner.... Wed, 8 May 2013 07:11:03 EST Tried exercising.. not possible when my son is awake. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5348842 Well I got 3 minutes on the bike. Then my son wanted to sit on my lap. And that's impossible to do both at the same time. I tried sitting him on the arm of the couch right next to me but nope. That wasn't good enough. So I had to get off of the bike and here I am.

It frustrates me because the times when I have energy I can't get any exercise in. And by the time he is asleep I'm worn out and am about ready for bed myself. It gets a little discouraging. I know pretty soon the weight ... Tue, 7 May 2013 16:10:22 EST Weigh in was surprisingly awesome!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5346008 I got on the wii fit. I waited anxiously as the screen showed up showing me as a skinny twig.. and then the plumping began. I watched the bmi number that i had last week and waited for my new bmi to stop on the scale. At this point in time all I can think to myself is 'Please don't be higher, please don't be higher.' The bmi stopped, it was about .3 less than before. I got excited, and switched the scale from bmi to lbs. I had lost 2.1 pounds!!!! Can NOT believe it. I'm so excited!

... Sun, 5 May 2013 08:49:52 EST Weigh in tomorrow http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5345359 Well it's that time of week again. Tomorrow I weigh in. So far I am down 3 pounds and we'll see if I can lose some more. I haven't had a spectacular week but I've kept my eating under control. Sometime I would go over but not by too much. I'm doing good on food today. I need to try to eat periodically when I'm not really hungry though because I don't seem to be hungry at all during the day. Yesterday I went until about 5 before eating. Today I ate a little bit around 12 and am at 350 calories... Sat, 4 May 2013 13:42:09 EST I think I may have figured some possible times to exercise http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5342870 So as I drug myself out of bed today to the callings of my 2 year old from the next room I was trying to think if I had enough time in the morning to exercise. I figured I can wake up a little earlier (he's been going to bed later and waking up later) and get on my bike for a little bit. Even if he wakes up he spends some time in the morning watching cartoons while he eats his breakfast until he fully wakes up. Today I got him settled and got ready for the bike but it was too late to get it i... Thu, 2 May 2013 07:34:13 EST Advice on finding time for exercise http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5341701 Lately I have been feeling really tired. And I am trying to find the time for exercise. My son wakes up around 6:30, I leave for work at 7:30, I get home from work at 2:25, my husband leaves for work at 2:30, Andrew is up until 8:30, and by that time I am worn out but try to get some more housework done before going to bed around 9:30-10. I tried doing stuff while my son is up, but he needs me to do stuff. I try to use the bike but he wants to be on my lap. He takes his nap while I'm at work ... Wed, 1 May 2013 08:51:37 EST My main struggle is nighttime eating http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5340549 Every morning i wake up, have a great attitude about eating, and i make smart choices. Up until 6 or so. Then i just get munchie. I have some free time in the next couple days to finally go grocery shopping so i plan on stocking up on healthier choices for the evenings. I like making those flavored water mixins and then i put it in a popsicle mold. I like chewing on ice. Lol. But i find that it is time consuming and takes away some cravings.

On a positive note. I have gone about 5 ... Tue, 30 Apr 2013 09:59:16 EST Getting a lot of support on spark http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5339212 Through my years on spark i have sometimes felt kind of alone. Not too many people were interacting with me and it made it so i didn't see the appeal of sparkpeople. But i always kept coming back. This time around i do feel involved. I realized that i need to put myself out there more in order for people to find me and connect with me. So thank you to all who have said words or encouragement or advice to me. Mon, 29 Apr 2013 09:35:13 EST Had a bad food day yesterday but the scale was merciful http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5338105 I planned on weighing in today since earlier this week. I had a bad food day yesterday.. let's just say k...f...c. I entered it all in the food tracker this morning after weighing in. I think I went up to 2100 calories or so. I know it was bad but I'm not going to let it discourage me like I would have before.

I lost .4 pounds in the last week. It was a big shock to me. I was just hoping not to gain all 2.6 pounds I lost last week plus some. Yesterday during the day I was feeling m... Sun, 28 Apr 2013 10:14:17 EST Doing good on food http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5337081 Yesterday I stayed in my calorie range with just under 1300 calories. Out of the 5 times I entered papajohns web address into my browser, i only hit enter 3 times, only logged into the site twice, and placed an order 0 times. That was a big accomplishment. I was home for most of the day. My husband was working, and there wasn't really much to eat at home. But i found things to eat, without ordering out. So I am very proud of myself.

I didn't get exercise in. I got on the bike at ho... Sat, 27 Apr 2013 08:18:36 EST In the next 2 months I WILL lose at least 10 pounds http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5336129 I've been struggling a lot with eating lately. Yesterday I realized that in two months is the family reunion on my mom's side. We go camping every year for it. I want to lose some weight before then. I just saw a few of my relatives on that side two weeks ago at my son's birthday party. I want them to be able to tell a small difference if possible. And if they can't notice i'm sure i will and that's all that matters.

My goal is 10 pounds. 10 pounds in 8 weeks. That's just a smidge ... Fri, 26 Apr 2013 09:04:34 EST Every day is a battle. you win some, you lose some, but don't lose sight of the mission. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5332080 I weighed in on Tuesday April 16, 2013. I weighed 226.9 (my highest weight to date). My husband didn't want to get on the scale because he was ashamed of himself but he did get on Thursday and was 292. Yesterday we both weighed in and we had both lost 2.6 pounds! I lost it in 5 days, him in 3.

Mainly we focused on getting our eating under control. We're not eating out. I am trying to control my addiction to fast food and going out to eat. I know it sounds silly but I actually was ... Mon, 22 Apr 2013 18:29:57 EST Okay let's give this another try http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5309897 Tracking my food today. Let's see how it goes. I cancelled my personal trainer sessions because I DREAD going, which is not a good way to view it. I'm focusing on my eating for a bit. If I do get the urge to workout I have the recumbent bike, workout videos, videos on spark, and two parks with walking paths nearby (one closer to home and the other closer to work)

So far breakfast has got me up to 300 calories. I did 5 minutes on the bike last night. Which really stinks but it's bet... Wed, 3 Apr 2013 09:27:02 EST It's pathetic that I hate my body but won't change... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5306237 That's all I've been thinking about yesterday and today. Yesterday while I was stuffing my face with a 1000+ calories sandwich from subway followed by eating 3 slices of pizza and half of a 'Cinnapie' from papa johns. I haven't been to the gym in over a week. I think about going but just sit at home instead. I'm hoping with April coming I can do some changes.

We rearranged the living room and now the couch is along the same wall as the recumbent bike and the t.v on the opposing wa... Sun, 31 Mar 2013 11:40:25 EST I'm addicted to food and it is a serious problem http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5302460 I am addicted to food. All food. Mainly eating out.

I will start the day with positive thinking, a 'can-do' attitude, and a plan.

Then as the day goes on I get hungry, I convince my husband to go out to eat with me, or I'll just pick up fast food and try to scarf it down before I get home so I can throw away all the evidence so my husband doesn't see it. Eating gets me so depressed but I can't seem to stop doing it. I know I have a problem but I haven't been able to stop... Wed, 27 Mar 2013 20:26:46 EST Love working with my personal trainer http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5295093 Today was my first session with my personal trainer. I have decided that I'm going to work with him every 2 weeks for the next 2 months. It felt great to workout. I got a whole bunch of stuff done. It just felt good to get that kind of workout in. And now I know the type of stuff I should do when I go there by myself. I do want to buy another pair of workout pants though seeing as though I only have 1.

I plugged in everything I remembered I did into the fitness tracker and it does... Thu, 21 Mar 2013 14:04:47 EST Got my fitness consultation today and it wasn't pretty http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5292460 Went for my fitness consultation today at the gym. I am in pretty poor shape. My body fat percentage is 40%... 40%! That's almost half! I didn't think I was that bad. My bmi is also 39.2. so at least they are close to matching. And that's about all that is amusing about it. No, I take that back. My heart rate is insanely awesome. My blood pressure has always been good. When I was pregnant it was 120/80. Today it was 123/78 at the beginning and after briskly walking a mile my heart rate was 12... Tue, 19 Mar 2013 13:32:13 EST I'm tired of starting over.. so this time I'm just not gonna quit http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5287361 Well here we go again. 3.5 pounds heavier than the last time I 'started'. 221.. that number really sucks. But it is still 5 pounds less than my highest weight. So that's good.

I joined a gym. A 24 hour gym had a 30 day trial for $9 (seriously, how could I pass that up). I figure this way would be a good test run of how much I would use a gym without paying the insane gym price. I went yesterday and realized how out of shape I am. I was only able to do 20 minutes on the treadmill, m... Fri, 15 Mar 2013 07:10:19 EST I thought weigh in was gonna be bad but not that bad http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5239883 In the past week I went from 211.4 to 215. I thought it would be a bad weigh in but I was just thinking maybe a pound, maybe 2 max... not 3.6. While I am a little down about it, it makes me realize how important tracking my food is. I did really well with tracking in the beginning. Two weeks ago I slacked with tracking but surprising caught a break on the scale. This week not so much. Maybe all the bad choices from the previous week caught up with me too.

So this morning I tracked ... Wed, 6 Feb 2013 08:43:33 EST A big breakfast http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5235608 Well I ate a HUGE breakfast and by HUGE I mean HUGE calories. haha. I ate from Tudor's Biscuit World. And for those of you who are lucky to not live near one of these delicious food factories let me tell you a little about my breakfast. I had a 'Thundering Herd' which is named after the Marshall University college. It was a hashbrown, sausage, egg, and cheese between the halves of a biscuit. (510 calories), then I ate a 'Potato Melt with Steak' which is a hashbrown, fried steak, and cheese (... Sun, 3 Feb 2013 11:21:24 EST
