This past week I have been killing it with eating and exercise. I've been working out on my treadmill, slow and steady so that I don't get burnt out. I took yesterday off to rest because I was seriously worn out and took a nap as soon as I got home. Today instead of just my 30 minute goal I did 2 30 minute stints on the treadmill. I've burnt 1556 calories since Monday, and I haven't gone over my calories once. Usually I'm around 1100 by the end of the day. <BR> <BR> I haven't gotten a lot o... Well I had a plan to join the fitness program through my dad's insurance that'll allow me access to a crazy amount of gyms around the area for just $25/month. I was going to sign up Monday. Well Sunday evening I started feeling sick. Then I woke up Monday with fever and a bad sinus infection. So I'm down a little over 6 pounds total so far this new year. Of course I wish I could've run more but I did finish 5 minutes faster than I expected. I was expecting to finish at one hour (figuring 20 min miles which have been my slowest recorded time). And I am trying to find the time for exercise. I have decided that I'm going to work with him every 2 weeks for the next 2 months. It felt great to workout. I got a whole bunch of stuff done. It just felt good to get that kind of workout in. And now I know the type of stuff I should do when I go there by myself. I do want to buy another pair of workout pants though seeing as though I only have 1. <BR> <BR> I plugged in everything I remembered I did into the fitness tracker and it does...
