Lose 15, gain it back. Lose 20, gain it back. But my greatest accomplishment was a 50 pound loss in exactly one year. And when I hit that 50 lb. mark I swore I would never go back to the way I was. That was 21 months ago and I have gained back exactly 25 lbs. After a great deal of self-loathing ( I have NO ONE to blame but ME!!!) In my 3 weeks total I lost 4 lbs. Within 4 days of going off it I had gained 3 lbs. back. I have tried many diets, and I really thought this one would be easy. He decided he'd like to lose about 30 lbs and that he couldn't really 'diet' but that he could restrict himself to only meat, eggs and cheese. I did a lot of research on it, and decided that I would do it with him. So we picked a day-Dec 27th, after the holidays but before the new year when everybody else would be starting.
