I almost made it a month on SP without binging. I don't know why I did that...was I mad? No. Sad? No., Anxious? No....I can't really identify what made me eat like that again. <BR> <BR> I'm trying to have a good attitude and get right back on track. Again, my negative thinking went something like this...'What? I worked out six days for an hour each day AND stayed within my calorie plan! I lost two pounds! Yea me! <BR> <BR> At first I was not excited about the two pound weight loss because I focused on the amount of time it will take me to lose it all.
