I was feeling constantly hungry even though I was eating back all my exercise calories and extra calories for breastfeeding, so I decided to change my activity level from "sedentary" to "lightly active" since I'm home with my baby and feel like I'm up and down the stairs and moving around, picking her up, etc. all day. Since I have been having a hard time getting back into the swing of things, I thought I'd set a new challenge for myself that helps me workout regularly again and also get into some of the classes offered at my gym. I wore my heart rate monitor just so I could track whatever calories we burned. It was a gorgeous day and not too hot. The trail was pretty rugged and at one point went up a mountain to a lookoff point at the top where you can see over the whole valley and 3 lakes plus the ocean! It was so gorgeous and I couldn't believe how easy it was to climb up there. It took about 90 minutes and I burned 671 calories!! I couldn't... I think my ultimate goal is to get married in the best shape of my life, and I'm sooo close to being in better shape than I ever have in my adult life and maybe even my entire life! Wed, 25 Jul 2012 09:17:39 EST Plateau-Busting Week Results Hey Sparkfriends! <BR> <BR> Well, I have the results of my plateau-busting week. During this week, I ate between 1336-1762 calories a day and burned 525-917 calories a day. Based on my total calorie deficit, I should have lost 1.95lbs. I ate clean mostly, although I did incorporate some small treats, and had tons of salad, veggies and hummus, Vega shakes, fruit, etc. For exercise, I have been following the insanity plan starting in week 3 and also did 3 JM circuit workout videos, 2 runs, and...
