Fri, 26 Aug 2011 11:44:45 EST I am trying to do the Paleo plan but it is way too expensive! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4141184 I've read the Paleo Diet book and I love the concept of eating clean. It is going to be hard to give up rice, dairy, legumes, sugar, and most of all bread!!!!! But even after all that it is more expensive to buy organic food and grass fed meats. For example a carton of cage free eggs is $2.50 but on sale a dozen eggs is $0.99 or less. That is just one example. There has to be a way to be on this diet and not go broke doing it....... 24 Mon, 4 Apr 2011 11:44:41 EST
