I told her that is way bigger than my size. I was frozen at 238 for a few years. I would diet and get below it for a short time, but always revert back to 238 lbs. A year ago I shot past 238 and ended up at 255. I never thought I would be that heavy. Go figure. But I was and stayed there about a year. I decided I would never get to 238 again so I did not put that as a goal. Goals must be achievable.
