Ran it in 66 minutes. I had to walk 3 times because of hills. There are 8 steep hills on the route we took. Very proud of myself for the time and distance I did. I wanted to prove to myself that I could run a 10k. I'm going to work on the time for next year. I want to do a 10k race in the spring in under 60 minutes. When I have down time at work, I try to stretch, do calf raises etc. I sit on a stability ball while watching tv. I do squats, lunges, etc during commercials.
