I no longer what it to be an excuse to be lazy when it comes to eating and working out, SO last night I set my alarm 15 min earlier than normal. I have to admit that I did hit the snooze 1x but felt so guilty I rolled out of bed with one eye open a few minutes later (before it went off again), fed the cat then on to 30 min of Yoga.
